SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT
Please be advised that order payment processing and order fulfillment are facilitated through a compliant 3rd party retailer.
Your credit card or bank statement will show your order charge as “BEVSTACK-WINE/LIQR”, “Liquor & Wine Warehouse” or “BEVSTACK”

This service may be limited or not available at all in some places due to local law or other restrictions.
NOTE: ALL SHIPMENTS CONTAINING ALCOHOL REQUIRE AN ADULT (21 YEARS OR OLDER) SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY!
Please plan accordingly by entering a shipping address that will allow someone 21 years or older to sign for the package and show a valid ID.
Carriers will not leave packages containing alcohol unattended, even if you have a signature on file. If you are not home to receive your order during normal business hours, we recommend having it shipped to your place of work, or opting to have your shipment held at the nearest UPS/FEDEX pick-up location .
DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?
Orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box, APO, FPO or DPO because all orders require a signature from an adult upon delivery.
WHAT STATES DO YOU SHIP TO?
We offer full coverage in the following states: AZ, CA, CT, FL, IA, MD, NE, NV, NH, NY, OR, PA, VA, WA and we offer partial coverage in: CO, GA, ID, IN, KS, MO, NM, NC, OH RI, TN, WI Use our CHECKOUT page to confirm delivery to your area.
DO I NEED TO BE HOME TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
You must be of legal drinking age to receive our package. Someone 21+ with a photo ID must be present at the time of delivery to sign for the shipment. If someone 21+ is not home, the carrier will make 2 more attempts to deliver. If the 3rd attempt is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to the retailer who fulfilled your order.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you haven't received an email, please check your junk or spam folders. You can also reach out to us at orders@caleontequila.com for information.
SHIPPING TIME FRAME & TRACKING
When your package has been created with a shipping label and has been sent out, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
Please allow 3 days for fulfillment and 1-5 business days for delivery. If it has been more than 3 business days and you have not received a tracking email, please contact orders@caleontequila.com for assistance.
We recommend that customers place orders early in the week to decrease the likelihood that an order sits in a shipping warehouse over the weekend.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
We ship orders using major carriers. If your order is damaged in transit please contact orders@caleontequila.com to get a replacement or refund. The most frequent cause of damages is due to multiple delivery attempts. Please monitor your package tracking to ensure on-time delivery.
CAN I ALTER MY ORDER ONCE ITS BEEN COMPLETED?
Unfortunately, you cannot add or remove portions of your order once its been placed.
CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT FOR AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns. All orders are final and returns or exchanges are not accepted. However, if your order was damaged during shipment, the goods you received does not match your order, or there is anything missing from your order, email us at orders@caleontequila.com within 24 hours of receiving the shipment with a picture of the damage or incorrect items.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY SHIPMENT ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accept returns. Please reach out to our Customer Service Team at orders@caleontequila.com with a picture of the damage and they will assist you.
ARE THERE AGE RESTRICTIONS TO PURCHASING CALEON TEQUILAS?
You must be at or older than the legal drinking age to place an order, in the USA that's 21 years old or older.
MY ORDER ARRIVED INCOMPLETE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
When multiple boxes are shipped, there's a chance one or more boxes may become lost or misplaced. If your shipment is incomplete, please reach out to our Customer Service Team at orders@caleontequila.com so we can look into it.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
