Aging Process

Carefully aged for 6 months in charred American oak, former bourbon barrels, allowing the 100% Blue Weber Agave to develop complex flavors while maintaining its authentic character.

Tasting Notes:

Appearance: Light golden hue, slow solid legs 

Aroma: Vanilla, cinnamon, American white oak, cooked agave, and honey

Taste: Caramel, vanilla, butterscotch, cooked agave, light citrus and vegetal notes

Finish: Smooth, sweet, chocolate with a hint of toasted coconut
